Community Clinics Funders’ Collaborative Projects

CCFC CMYK Logo Horizontal

The Alliance frequently facilitates projects that share resources and combine the strengths of its many member organizations. One of the Alliance's most important resources for helping facilitate these projects is The Community Clinic Funders’ Collaborative (CCFC): It provides funding for projects that improve the capacity and sustainability of the Harris County region’s primary care safety net system.
The CCFC focuses on funding sustainable, collaborative projects among community clinic members of the Alliance in order to enhance the coordination, efficiency, quality, and/or access of primary care and related services. Community clinics play an integral role in providing access to primary care medical and related health services to thousands of uninsured and underinsured residents in the Harris County region.

Projects funded by the CCFC include:

After Hour Pediatric Program
