VISION: Houston/Harris County will have a comprehensive, coordinated system that meets the healthcare needs of its residents.
GOALS:- Improve Access to Appropriate Care for the Uninsured and Underinsured Population
- Increase Members' Capacity to Meet the Healthcare Needs of Houston/Harris County
